This means that we take our responsibilities to you very seriously, and two of those main responsibilities include providing reliable software and a secure environment so that you and your customers are not at risk.

Security

SSL
Every piece of information that travels between your browser and aptohq.com is protected from eavesdroppers with a state of the art 256-bit SSL security certificate. The lock icon in your browser (once logged in to the Aptoc ontrol panel) allows you to verify that you are not sucked into a phishing site that is impersonating Apto Hosting. This way you know your data is secure.

Firewalls
The Apto application, which includes all of your data is protected by physical and virtual firewalls.

Vulnerability Scanning
Apto servers are scanned for vulnerabilities on a regular basis by our managed secure provider. The scans that are performed not only test our servers from the internet but also inside of our own network. As soon as there is an identified problem is addressed post haste.
