Questions regarding your Apto Hosting account

Are there any contracts or agreements that need to be signed?
No. Apto Hosting is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month.

How much does Apto Hosting cost?
You can view our pricing and packages on the web design pricing page.
Will the monthly hosting rate ever go up?
No, the monthly rate will be locked in for life it, and will never increase. You will also be entitled to any new features that we develop, which will be added to your account free of charge.
What is your billing cycle, and what methods of payment are accepted?
We bill all of our clients automatically on the 1st of the month. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
How do I upgrade/downgrade my web hosting plan?
To upgrade or downgrade your website account simply send us your request using this contact form.
How do I edit/update my billing credit card information?
To update your credit card/billing information, visit the Apto Hosting website. From the home page click LOGIN (on the top right of the page), enter your credentials and click the blue LOGIN button. From inside of the client area click on “Personal Details” button from the client overview area; click the “Credit Card Details” tab to update your credit card; and then click “Save Changes”. You can always call us directly at 1-866-404-9090 and we can update your information over the phone.
How do I make changes to my Apto Hosting client profile?
Go to http://www.aptohq.com, login to your client area, then click on “Personal Details”. You will be able to modify all of your personal information on this screen.
Will I receive an electronic invoice every month?
Yes, you receive an automatic statement on the 1st of the month showing your paid invoice.
How do I terminate/delete my web hosting account?
To cancel your Apto Hosting account, you will need to submit a written notice with your request to cancel (30 days prior to your billing date).
What happens if I stop paying my Apto Hosting invoices?
If you do not pay your Apto Hosting invoice, we will send 3 reminders over the period of 10 days. If the balance still remains unpaid, your website will automatically be suspended on the server. After 30 days the account will be terminated.
What methods of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
