Will I be able to modify the text/pages inside my web store?
Yes, you will be able to login to your e-store and easily make changes to colors, text, pages, products, prices, descriptions, settings, etc.
What is an SSL certificate?
An SSL (secure socket layer) certificate is a product that you purchase to protect the sensitive customer information that is being passed from your website to the payment processor. We can provide SSL certificates for e-commerce stores at a cost of $125/year (free installation).
Will I need a SSL certificate?
If you are using your own merchant gateway and gateway than you will need a SSL certificate to protect customer credit card details.
If you are using PayPal, than you will not need an SSL since your clients will be forwarded to PayPal’s transaction screen which is encrypted by PayPal.
What shipping methods/options will I be able to offer my clients?
Our shopping cart system allows for FedEx/UPS account integration, flat rate shipping, free shipping, table rates, etc.
What payment methods will I be able to accept?
If you have a PayPal account you will be able to accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express). You can also do the same if you have a merchant account and use Authorize.net (gateway). If you need a merchant account/Authorize.net call our partners at Merchant Warehouse 866-411-1712.
Please be aware you will need an SSL certificate to encrypt and secure the sensitive data being transmitted by your website ($125/year).
How many products can I include in my e-commerce website?
With the Professional and Unlimited package you will be able to feature an unlimited amount of products, you can view our packages on the pricing page .
Will I be able to easily manage the shopping cart control panel?
Yes, you will have a user friendly web based e-commerce administration area to handle all of your orders, clients, shipments, settings, etc.
